Private Lessons: 60 minutes per lesson
A private Riding Lesson is roughly 40 minutes (mounted) in length where one rider gets individualized instruction. Each lesson may consist of the following; grooming, tacking up, mounting, tack adjustments/checks, exercises while mounted, cool down time, dismounting, untacking, and horse care
Individual Lessons are $95
Group Lessons: 60 minutes per lesson
A Group Riding Lesson is roughly 40 minutes (mounted) in length with a maximum of five students and one instructor and may consist of a combination of the following; grooming, tacking up, mounting, tack adjustments/checks, exercises while mounted, cool down time, dismounting, and untacking, and horse care
Groups lessons can be purchased individually at $80 per lesson or as a lesson package where ten lessons is $700
Independent Ride: 60 minutes per session
An Independent riding session is roughly 40 minutes (mounted) in length. This is where a student may ride in the arena on their own (or under the supervision of a guardian if under 18) with a maximum of three students in the arena at a time. All independant rides are on site and must be pre-approved by FCE Instructor. Rider must be fully independent in all tasks and have been certified in the last 365 days.
Independent Riders are not offered without an active lesson package or lease agreement. Each ride is $40
Horse Handling Lesson: 45 minutes per session
A horse handling lesson is an unmounted session. The student(s) will learn horsemanship basics including safety, communication skills, horse behavior, grooming, tacking, and basic groundwork. These lessons are ideal for parents, caregivers, individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, as well as those who want to simply love and enjoy horses from the ground. These lessons are required for companion leases and those wishing to volunteer for us. Sessions are individually tailored to the needs of the student(s) and may be in an individual or group setting.
